Stayed in trident suite room, I really loved it and the view from the room was amazing. Service, facilities is excellent. I would like to thank Khush from reception he was very kind and always assisted us with a smile. I visited Restaurant and was warmly welcomed by kind lady Elizabeth. I would like mention Aseem and Job ryan for the exceptional service. Thank you Trident team for the wonderful hope to see you guys again

The views are spectacular. The rooms are small but comfortable. We needed an extra bed that took forever to come. And the front desk wasnt knowledgeable about their restaurant menus. But all in all it is a beautiful property, well maintained and the staff while a little under trained were very pleasant and that made up for it

Really excellent facilities with good attention to detail. The staff were truly amazing. Extremely courteous and would go out of their way to make you comfortable. Would like to particularly commend the housekeeping team. Of particular mention is Omkar and Vaishnavi who were out of the world amazing. They made our stay really such a pleasure. Would like to also thank the front desk team. Siddesh at the front desk is such a lovely person and joy to know. The same goes for all the staff that we interacted with during our time here. We stayed at the ocean view which is highly recommended. The view is amazing and really serene. Also loved the food and the order of service. The service team at the restaurant are really first class. They provided a very personalized and excellent experience.
